Problems With the Transaction
If your credit card is rejected during the transaction process, please try again. Please be sure to enter the information exactly as it appears on the card. If your credit card still does not go through after the second attempt, please try another card.
Order Confirmation and Shipping
Once ArtFuck receives an order, we will send an order confirmation via e-mail. Orders are typically shipped the next business day.
Orders Not Received
We use different shipping carriers: United States Postal Services (USPS) and an expedited service like UPS or Fed-Ex. If you do not receive your order, please contact ArtFuck customer service via e-mail.
You may return or exchange any products if it is unused and in salable condition.
